What we do on every turnover
Same checklist, every guest, every unit.
- Fresh bed linens (we can source the linen if you like)
- Bathroom deep — sink, mirror, shower, toilet, floors, restock consumables
- Kitchen reset — dishes, counters, stovetop, fridge, restock
- Living areas & bedrooms — vacuum, mop, dust, surfaces, cushions
- Restock: toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, coffee pods if provided
- Trash removal
- Photo check for anything left behind
How we work
Same-day turnaround
Check-out 11:00, check-in 15:00 — we land in that window with time to spare. Multi-property hosts: we route-optimize between your units.
Key handover — however you already work
Lockbox, keypad code, physical exchange, we hold a spare — all fine. Tell us your setup; we adapt.
How pricing works per turnover
Same rate as everything on this site: €20 first hour, €15 each additional. Studio turnover is typically ~1.5 hours (~€27.50). Two-bedroom is ~3 hours (~€50). Supplies included.
Prices include 9% Dutch VAT (reduced rate for labor-intensive in-home services).
