What we do on every turnover
Same checklist, every guest, every unit.
- Fresh bed linens (we can source the linen if you like)
- Bathroom deep: sink, mirror, shower, toilet, floors, restock consumables
- Kitchen reset: dishes, counters, stovetop, fridge, restock
- Living areas & bedrooms: vacuum, mop, dust, surfaces, cushions
- Restock: toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, coffee pods if provided
- Trash removal
- Photo check for anything left behind
How we work
Same-day turnaround
Check-out 11:00, check-in 15:00: we land in that window with time to spare. Multi-property hosts: we route-optimize between your units.
Key handover, however you already work
Lockbox, keypad code, physical exchange, we hold a spare: all fine. Tell us your setup; we adapt.
How pricing works per turnover
Flat per turnover, not by the hour: €50 for a two-bedroom apartment, supplies included. Smaller or larger place: tell us the bedroom count and we name the figure upfront.
Prices include 9% Dutch VAT (reduced rate for cleaning work inside the home).
