Do you work for yourself?

A recurring round we do on an employment contract. That is what the work is, so that is what we call it. If you run your own business, with your own equipment and your own clients, we put individual jobs out: an end-of-tenancy clean, a deep clean, window cleaning, floor treatment. A fixed price per job, no hourly rate, and you schedule it yourself inside the client's window.

Which one are you?

Office cleaning coordinator

All office districts, multiple sites. You roster, walk the quality and are the client's point of contact.

Role: (Ambulant) objectleider algemeen schoonmaakonderhoud II, the title on your contract
Pay group: 6, the highest in CAO Schoonmaak
Location: All office districts: Sloterdijk, Zuid & RAI, Bijlmer Arena, NDSM, Schiphol
Hours: 38 hours a week, full time, the CAO's normal working week
Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience
Hands-on: No, you run the sites and do not clean the rounds yourself
Contract: 7-month fixed-term employment contract, with the prospect of permanent
Trial period: 1 month (Dutch statutory maximum for this contract length)
Becoming permanent: More than 21 months of fixed-term contracts, or a 4th inside 21 months, and a permanent contract follows by operation of law (CAO article 9)
Collective agreement: CAO Schoonmaak- en Glazenwassersbedrijf
Language: Dutch or English
