2. What data we process

When you contact us or book a job:

• Phone number
• Name (if you share it)
• Address where the work takes place
• Content of WhatsApp messages or phone calls
• Date and time of appointments
• For invoicing: email address and any business details

When you visit this website, on our own server and nowhere else:

• Which pages you visited, what you clicked, and when
• A random number in your own browser, so two visits count as one visitor

3. Why we process it

• To answer your question and schedule an appointment
• To carry out the cleaning job
• To prepare and send an invoice
• To meet administrative obligations (Dutch tax authority)
• To understand how the website is used and improve it

4. Legal basis

• Performance of contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)):for your booking and scheduling.
• Legal obligation (art. 6(1)(c)):for tax administration.
• Legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f)):to see how the site is used. What we measure stays on our own server, goes to no third party, and is not used for advertising.

5. Retention periods

• Contact and scheduling data: as long as the client relationship lasts, then a maximum of two more years.
• Invoices and bookkeeping: seven years (Dutch fiscal retention).
• WhatsApp messages: as long as they remain visible in the app, unless you request deletion.
• Website visit data: the number in your browser stays until you clear your browser data.

6. Who we share data with

• Dutch tax authority:only as legally required.
• WhatsApp / Meta:if you contact us via WhatsApp, Meta processes those messages according to their own privacy policy.
• SBVH (Chamber of Commerce 86374931):our service provider; runs this website and its analytics.
• Amazon Web Services:hosts this website.
• We do not share your data with anyone else.

8. Transfers outside the EU

What we measure on the website does not leave the EU. If you contact us via WhatsApp, Meta processes those messages under their own policy.

9. Security

We store data on devices with disk encryption, password protection, and up-to-date software. We do not share your data over insecure channels.

10. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you
• Have inaccurate data corrected
• Request erasure ("the right to be forgotten")
• Restrict processing
• Object to processing
• Request a copy of your data (portability)
• Object to the processing described above

Send a request via WhatsApp or phone. We respond within 30 days.

11. Complaints

If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

12. Changes

We may update this statement. The version with the date at the top is always the one in force.
