What the housecleaning covers
The same round through the house, and what can ride along each time.
- Dusting, vacuuming and mopping through every living area
- Kitchen: worktop, hob and the outside of the appliances
- Washing up, or loading and emptying the dishwasher
- Bathroom and toilet: limescale, sanitary ware, mirrors streak-free
- Beds changed and a load of laundry run
- Mattress vacuumed, stains treated and left to air
- Groceries picked up on the way, from your list
- Waste, glass and paper out separately
How we work
The same cleaner each time
Weekly or every other week, at a fixed time, with the same person. After two visits they know where things belong and what you notice. Illness or holiday: we arrange cover and tell you who is coming.
Mattress cleaning
The mattress is vacuumed, stains are treated and the bed comes back made. For dust mites or an allergy we do it more often and with different products — say so and we plan the time for it.
One rate per hour
€30 an hour, every hour the same, supplies included. No dearer first hour: on a recurring visit we come every week, so that surcharge would come back every week. Send your list before we come and we pick the groceries up on the way; you settle those against the receipt. Shopping is not cleaning work, so that part of the time carries the standard VAT rate rather than the reduced one.
Prices include Dutch VAT: 9% for cleaning work inside the home, 21% for groceries and other tasks that are not cleaning work.
