What a move-out clean covers
Whatever the landlord or buyer should not find, goes.
- Whole home cleaned, kitchen and bathroom thoroughly
- Lamps, shelves and brackets removed
- Electrical cords, curtains and curtain rails removed
- Loose wall plugs, screws and hooks out of walls and ceilings
- Carpet, laminate, vinyl, parquet or tiles removed
- Everything that comes out taken away
How we work
Who it is for
Tenants handing back to a landlord, sellers handing over empty, landlords between two tenants. Social housing, private rental or owned.
When to plan
Once the home is empty and before the final inspection. A day in between is enough; the day of the key handover works too.
Price per home
€80 per home, supplies included. No hourly rate: a floor that has to come out costs the same as a floor that stays.
Prices include 9% Dutch VAT (reduced rate for labor-intensive in-home services).
