One simple hourly rate. No surprises.
Fixed price agreed upfront: €25 first hour, €20 each additional. Supplies included, 9% Dutch VAT included. Indicative totals per scenario below.

What the rate covers
Everything visible, nothing hidden.
- Skilled cleaner's hourly wage
- All supplies (biodegradable where possible)
- Cloths, sponges, mops, vacuum on request
- Travel time within Amsterdam
- 9% Dutch VAT, the price you see is the price you pay
How we work
Standard apartment, around 1.5 hours
Studio or small apartment, regular upkeep. Usually done for ~€25–€35. Fixed price agreed upfront.
Terraced house, around 2.5–3 hours
Two- or three-bedroom apartment or terraced house. ~€55–€65 per visit. Recurring clients get the same cleaner and the same price every week.
Deep clean or end-of-tenancy
One-off intensive job: moving out, deep spring clean. Quote after photos or a visit. Usually 4–8 hours.
How to pay
Tikkie (Dutch mobile payment link) or SEPA bank transfer after the job. Invoice available on request for business or expat-relocation clients.
Prices include 9% Dutch VAT (reduced rate for cleaning work inside the home).
